What is best software to use to add to photo of a room, such as adding & pasting in flowers I like or decor?

Photoshop is definitely the best software to use, but it is also the most expensive to buy. Good alternatives are Gimp (free) and photoshop elements which is the smaller brother of photoshop but which also has some powerfull features. Do you want the best, CS3 is your answer. Paintshop pro is also a less expensive and not too bad alternative. Want to view your pictures try picasa2 from google.
