Is there something I can use to hang temporary decor on my outside stucco wall?

you might try a small dab of putty.

i would buy mighty putty.
you don’t have to get it off television. wal-mart and bed bath beyond sells it too. and i don’t think its that expensive. it comes with three tubes of putty. and it really works. even though i haven’t tried the 18-wheeler experiment yet.lol
